SPAK and incinerators/ When will Engjëll Agaçi explain the 14 decisions that were taken within a day?

The incinerator concession starts with 3 contracts with an initial value of 178 million euros, but in real figures will cost albanian taxpayers over 600 million euros. Senior officials of the Albanian state are involved in this affair.

In connection with this concession, described as the corrupt affair of the century, have already been arrested a former minister of the government ?Rama 1?, and a former MP of the Socialist Party. However, they are political products of the Socialist Movement for Integration.

In December 2014, in the Council of Ministers, were signed 14 decisions within a day. Institutions reacted with ?wind speed?. And one of the people often accused in the media and politics, in connection with this affair is the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Engjëll Agaçi.

Decisions on the incinerator concession have been taken by the Council of Ministers, and the person responsible for collecting the documentation and passing it on to the government meeting is the Secretary General of the Prime Minister. And this is Engjëll Agaçi.

But when will SPAK react to Engjëll Agaçi? 14 decisions within a day, procedures passed in the government with unusual speed, repeated accusations by the opposition for hundreds of millions of euros contracts, and so far it seems that the judiciary has not yet taken any action against Agaçi.

SPAK is standing idly by. Why? Is there anyone who can believe that a single minister, like Lefter Koka, together with his former secretary, Alqi Bllako have moved all the stones by approving 14 decisions within a day? Are they the only ones who set the institutions in motion, to sign hundreds of millions of euros in contracts?

Everything cannot be closed only with the arrest of Alqi Bllako and Lefter Koka. Since 2013, with the coming to power of the SP, Agaçi is the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers. And every decision that has passed in government meetings, has also passed into the hands of Engjëll Agaçi.

Therefore, SPAK cannot close his eyes or ears. The documents and evidence are there. Engjëll Agaçi must clarify the accusations on the 14 decisions, that were approved by the government within one day./CNA.al
