When will SPAK interrogate Vjollca Hoxha regarding its partnership with incinerators?

The Special Prosecution Against Organized Crime and Corruption, otherwise known as the SPAK, is seen by Albanians as a hope for the lack of justice, and for cracking down on high-level corruption. Maybe SPAK is not moving at the right pace, or at least not with the expectation of Albanians citizens.

But one of the most sensational issues, which has to do with one of the most accused concessions in 30 years of democracy, is already under investigation by this institution of justice. So the incinerator concession is already a matter of justice, and in connection with this a former minister, a former Socialist Party MP have been handcuffed, meanwhile the owners of the incinerators have been declared wanted.

But beyond these developments, SPAK cannot close its eyes and ears to the media partners of the incinerator owners. One of them is the shareholder and administrator of Top Channel television, Vjollca Hoxha. There are two companies which clearly show that the main shareholder of Top Channel, Vjollca Hoxha, is a partner with the owners of companies that have received concession incinerators in Albania.

First, there is EM Capital Group, a company established in Bulgaria, whose partners are the owners of the incinerators, which came to Albania and for $ 2.2 million bought 51 percent of the shares of Valtelina Kafe, which ?casually? has the same owners as Top Channel.

The second company is KUDO PAY, where Vjollca Hoxha comes out directly with her name in partnership with Stela Gugalla, the owner of the Elbasan incinerator, already declared wanted.

So the special prosecution has to investigate how was paid $ 2.2 million for the purchase of Valtelina Kafe. SPAK should also investigate how was founded the company KUDO PAY, who it will serve, and what it needs, and many other businesses./CNA.al
