Lulzim Basha lost the elections/ His brother-in-law increased the properties with 3.000 m2 in the center of Tirana

Erion Isufi known in the media and in political circles as the brother-in-law, a person often accused of corrupt affairs, as the man where Lulzim Basha circulates everything, where he made decisions for the Democratic Party, which has translated Basha?s losses into dizzying wealth.

While Basha appeared in the media and talked about the economic crisis, Isufi on the other hand added his businesses. When the DP was crumbling day by day, and was plunged into a total crisis from loss to loss, Erion Isufi was adding his real estate.

As CNA.al announced yesterday, it will make public the list of real estate worth millions of euros that bought last year Erion Isufi and his late father, Xhaferr Isufi. CNA.al has learned that in August 2021 Erion Isufi in cooperation with his father and his wife, as a representative of the company ?Moveo Albania Technology? has signed several venture/booking contracts with the construction company ?Lion Construction? for the benefit of some real estate in the newest residence being built on the Elbasan Street.

He has bought entire areas of commercial units, apartments, parking spaces, a multi-functional building, which has been opened the way for construction since 2019, following a decision of the National Council of Territorial Regulation. And all these properties, Lulzim Basha?s brother-in-law bought in one of the most expensive and luxurious areas in Tirana.

The residence in question is being built near the Artificial Lake, where 14 floors will be above ground and three more underground. In this luxury complex, Isufi has bought two commercial units with dizzying surface, for business development. One of the commercial units has an area of ??985.2 m2, while the other commercial unit has an area of ??1,158 m2.

Erion Isufi also bought an apartment and three parking spaces in the same residence as the commercial units. Assets were registered in the name of Lulzim Basha?s late father-in-law, Xhaferr Isufi. Other real estate purchased at the same time as commercial units by Erion Isufi and his wife.
