The scandal/ Etilda Gjonaj takes under her personal protection the forgery notary

For almost two months, CNA.al has denounced a forgery scandal, committed in the office of notary Violeta Sulkaj in 2015. CNA.al investigation has revealed that in the presence of notary Violeta Sulkaj on 28 and 29 May 2015, were compiled and signed 2 contracts, on behalf of Natali Blushi, while the latter was in London, then only 20 years old.

It?s a scandal of the purchase of a property with a market value of 500 million Lek in the center of Korça, in the name of Ben Blushi?s daughter, written only 30.000 euros in the sale?s contract.

CNA.al has referred this scandal to the department of Etilda Gjonaj, as well we appealed to the minister to react publicly, but the issue has been ignored. Sources for CNA.al from the Ministry of Justice, said that an administrative investigation has been launched against the notary.

But while two months have passed since the publication of this scandal, there is still no public reaction or attitude from Minister Gjonaj. Based on the law on notary, the Ministry of Justice should set up a commission to investigate the notary, who committed a criminal offense years ago, and it is up to this commission to decide the fate of its license.

But, apparently Minister Gjonaj has decided to take under her personal protection the forgery notary Violeta Sulkaj, not taking any action, even though the facts are indisputable. The fact that at the time of signing the contracts, Natali Blushi was abroad, is proven by tracking in the TIMS system.

Already, the Minister of Justice and its subordinate bodies, should come out and explain to the public on the steps they will take on the scandal of notary Violeta Sulkaj./ CNA.al
