Jozefina Topalli reveals the secret agreement of Rama, Meta and Basha/ Here is their goal

Former Speaker of Parliament, Jozefina Topalli commented on the Socialist Party proposals for changes in the Electoral Code. In an interview for Abc News television, Topalli said the SP proposals are disappointing.

According to her, not only are the lists not opened, but they are 99.99 per cent closed. Topalli also stressed that the proposal of the SP and the silence of the Democratic Party, show that there is a secret pact between Rama, Meta and Basha, to fortify their positions.

?The Socialist Party proposals are depressing. Through the rules they have proposed, the lists have closed 99.99 per cent. That means a lot, but it?s half of the evil. The other evil is the silence of the opposition, which shows that they have a secret agreement after which, through changes in the Electoral Code, to strengthen the positions of the three chairmen, who will feel safe to be in key positions for another 20 years.

They are seeking to close every aisle for a movement or other political party to bring a change. I think that this is the second act of the 2017 agreement, the proposal of the Socialist Party and the silence of the Democratic Party confirms it?- said Topalli./ CNA.al
