The scandal- Basha “sleeps” on the file of incinerators/ Makes public advocacy of the corruption affair

In his latest speech to the media, the leader of the New Republic, Lulzim Basha, as usual, mentioned casually one of the most corrupt, most accused and most banal concessions of the Rama government in two terms, that of incinerators.

We emphasize casually because to continue with appeals on the TV studio or from the DP headquarters in press conferences, is simple and only a nothing that Luli Basha does by throwing the mantle of incinerators advocacy, defending them by not sending to the SPAK the criminal file of incinerators, which is neither more nor less the file of a structured criminal group that starts with the prime minister, goes to Edi Rama?s ministers, Lefter Koka, to its directors and ends with private businesses, which Basha calls bandits.

But is the latter enough?

A few weeks ago the ?Thurrje? Initiative, sent to SPAK the file of one of the incinerators, with the accusation that there is a violation of inequality in tenders, and the problem is 20 or 30 per cent of the total value.

In fact, in the file of incinerators, the value is not even 20 or 30 per cent, but maybe it is 6 pr 10 thousand per cent, and Lulzim Basha should bring to SPAK an hour in advance the entire file of incinerators which he keeps in his office.

He does not send it himself, nor does he allow others to take the file to the SPAK. He keeps there the file of the incinerator of Elbasan where Lefter Koka, Arqi Bllako, Mirel Mërtiri, or Klodian Mërtiri, Klodian Zoto and Stela Gugallja are immersed.

And the companies in connection with them. Or the incinerator of Tirana. On behalf of Klodian Zotos and some companies registered in the Netherlands, again in a chain of dubious companies, where appears Klodian Zoto, Ernesto Granelli and friends of the network of incinerators who were able only with initial contracts, to secure 180 million euros on the table, from taxes of Albanians.

Not to mention the hundreds of millions of euros that these incinerators will benefit from waste processing, or the use of landfills in Albania for up to 30 years. What Lulzim Basha is doing today is the public advocacy he is doing the incinerators’ affair.

Luli Basha has been wearing the incinerator advocacy robe for almost five years. He has not taken any concrete steps. Basha must take to SPAK the complete file he has in his office, with every document, the scheme of how a ?criminal group? is ready to rob the Albanian citizen about 400 million euros.

We use the term group, because in the absence of one or the other, that scheme would not be achieved. And everyone is silent today. All media outlets that fund or share lollipops with millions of government concessions. Their owners who are immersed in permits, funding, fines and sponsorships from Rama and ?Renaissance?.

Incinerators continue to be a criminal file, which Lulzim Basha uses to tweet in public, but he has never shown the full will and seriousness that he is against this affair, and will lead to the end and uncover this criminal act.

Luli Basha is sleeping on the incinerators file. And if he doesn?t have the courage to take it himself, because his brother-in-law does not allow it, who ?took him hostage?, or was paid by the incinerators, at least let the others to go and deliver the file to SPAK, and to tell the Albanians the truth denied for so many years./CNA.al
