KPK e konfirmoi në detyrë/ KPA “i pret kokën” një tjetër gjyqtareje

Gjyqtarja e Apelit, Elbana Lluri, është shkarkuar sot nga Komisioni i Posaçëm i Apelimit.

KPA argumentoi se Lluri nuk mund të justifikojë pasurinë. Analiza financiare për gjyqtaren e Apelit ishte vënë nën pikëpyetje nga vëzhguesit ndërkombëtarë, të cilët ankimuan konfirmimin në detyrë nga Komisioni i Pavarur i Kualifikimit.

Gjyqtarja e Apelit të Tiranës, Elbana Lluri u konfirmua në detyrë më 2 shkurt, por Operacioni Ndërkombëtar i Monitorimit gjykoi se ajo duhet të rikthehet në Kolegj për një hetim tërësor të pasurisë së saj dhe të personave të lidhur.

Elbana Lluri përfundoi studimet në Shkollën e Magjistraturës në vitin 2005 dhe punoi në Gjykatën e Tiranës deri në vitin 2016, kur u promovua në Gjykatën e Apelit të Tiranës.

Gjatë seancës dëgjimore në KPK, Lluri kërkoi të gjykohej e pavarur nga ish-bashkëshorti Gerd Hoxha, i cili është gjithashtu një subjekt rivlerësimi.

Por ndryshe mendoi ONM, ndërsa theksoi se deklarimet e ish-bashkëshortit janë pjesë integrale e deklarimeve të subjektit dhe duhet të hetohen në kuadër të rivlerësimit të saj, një precedent i vendosur më parë edhe nga Kolegji i Posaçëm i Apelimit./ B.A. – CNA.al
