OFFICIAL/ Defender transferred to Kosovo, left Partizan

Prishtina has officially signed defender Shkambi Baruti. The 21-year-old footballer left Partizan after returning from a loan spell at Erzeni and has decided to continue his career in the capital of Kosovo.

Coach Zoran Zekic did not give him any space in official matches with Partizan, while he made his debut with the Reds in the friendly against Roma at "Air Albania". The club has announced that Baruti, who is 194 cm tall, will be part of the white and blue defense for the new season.

Pristina announcement:

"FC Prishtina has formalized the transfer of Shkambi Baruti, the 194 cm tall center back, who joins the team from the capital.

Baruti comes with experience from Albanian football. He was part of Partizan, then moved to Tomori, and most recently played for Erzeni's team.

The 21-year-old told the club's official website that he is happy to be part of Pristina.

"It is an honor to be part of the most trophy-winning club in Kosovo, I promise that I will give my best for this jersey and for the ardent Plisat fans," concluded Baruti.
