OFFICIAL/ Juventus dismisses coach Motta, a "former" returns to the

Thiago Motta is no longer Juventus coach, after the club announced his dismissal following a poor run of results in recent weeks. The team's elimination from the Champions League and the Coppa Italia, as well as two consecutive defeats in the league, have led to this long-awaited decision by the black and white club.

The dismissal was not expected to be so immediate, but the meeting between the coach and the management brought this conclusion. According to Italian media, Motta's responses to the team's crisis did not leave a good impression on the management, who decided to dismiss him immediately.

Juventus have not wasted any time in appointing Motta's successor. Igor Tudor, a well-known figure in the black and white environment, will be entrusted with the management of the team. The former Croatian defender, who spent seven seasons as a player at Juventus, will now return as first coach. He is no stranger to the "Old Lady" staff, having been part of Andrea Pirlo's technical team during the 2020-2021 season.

Tudor has landed in Italy and started work immediately. The parties have reached an agreement for a contract until June, with the possibility of renewal until 2026, depending on the team's performance and the objectives achieved.
