Yamal risks fine, what happened in Spain

Striker Lamine Yamal narrowly escaped a financial fine from the Spanish federation for breaking internal regulations.

The Iberian talent returned to the training center just five minutes before the end of the deadline set by the technical staff, who had given the players a day off.

According to reports from the daily newspaper "Mundo Deportivo", the team's leaders have set a fine of 2,000 euros for each player who is late for scheduled activities.

This episode comes at a delicate moment for Spain, which began its World Cup journey with a goalless draw against Cape Verde.

In that match, the player was activated as a substitute during the second half, without being able to change the result of the match.
