Three players score goals, four provide assists. How the legionnaires performed

The past weekend brought very positive performances for Albanian footballers who are active abroad, with some of them becoming direct protagonists in the results of their respective teams thanks to goals and assists.

In MLS, Myrto Uzuni started the season with a goal for Austin FC, scoring in the 76th minute against Minnesota United and giving his team a temporary 2-1 advantage.

Anis Mehmeti also scored, finding the net for the first time in an Ipswich shirt. The striker scored in the 20th minute in the away game against Wrexham.

In Belgium, Arbnor Muja sealed St. Truiden's 4-1 away win over Dender, with an 87th-minute goal from a long-range shot.

Several other Rossoneri players contributed with assists. Kristjan Asllani assisted on the second goal in the 4-0 win over Goztepe. Qazim Laçi assisted on the second goal in the 2-0 win over Kocaelispor, while Nedim Bajrami assisted on Rangers' first goal in the 2-2 draw against Livingston.

Ernest Muçi is also confirming his good form, as he recorded another assist, this time on the first goal in the 2-1 away win over Gaziantep.

Also starting with their teams this week were Thomas Strakosha, Mario Mitaj, Arlind Ajeti, Ylber Ramadani, Juljan Shehu, Arbër Hoxha, Jasir Asani, Taulant Seferi and Rey Manaj, while Berat Gjimshiti, Ardian Ismajli and Adrion Pajaziti were activated from the bench.
