A tragic event has occurred in Brazilian football, where it is learned that the 22-year-old attacker Ricardo Emanuel Alcantara Paiva, known as Ricardinho, was shot dead in the street.

The striker, who played for Remo club in Brazil's third tier of football, died after being shot in Maritudam in the metropolitan region of Belem, Para state.

Together with the 22-year-old footballer, two of his friends, Daivison Lucas da Silva Braga and Flavio de Jesus Souza, have lost their lives from the shooting.

Brazilian media reports that the three friends were sitting on a bench after an amateur soccer match when a black car approached and one of the people inside that car opened fire on them, killing all three./ CNA
