Coach Skënder Gega is ready for his debut on the Partizan bench. Appointed just two days ago, the Reds' technician will play his first challenge on the bench against Laç, in the match valid for the 32nd week in the Superiore.

At the first press conference after his return, coach Gega appeared excited, saying that leading the "bulls" adds responsibility to him.

Among other things, he also thanked president Gazment Demi, who gave him the opportunity to return to Partizan.

"I'm excited. My own connection to history or even my identity as a sportsman is Partizan. Things have actually changed for the better since I was there. It was an elite club, while today it has become an elite enterprise, this also adds greater responsibility because the investment that has been made is a great convenience for every member of this club to work. In this respect, I am very happy, excited to be back and I take the opportunity to thank everyone who has had faith in me, starting from the president Gaz Demi to the simplest fan. It is a difficult challenge but in the end it is football. Partizan is here with its ups and downs like any other team. I will try to give my best because first of all it is my duty, but also because I feel that I have to be here in these moments."

Speaking about the team, Gega said that Partizan has all the elements to do well on the field and get through the difficult moment it is facing.

"Yesterday, we officially reached an agreement with President Demi that I will be in charge of the team for the rest of my career. I know the team very well because I follow the top division in its entirety, especially Partizan. I have always had a connection and have never been disconnected, regardless of not appearing in the stadiums. Partizan has all the elements, on the field there is an opportunity to do well. I cannot analyze the past, nor my colleagues. Since I left, if I am not mistaken, at least 11 coaches have had their chance to be in charge of Partizan, including privileges, and I cannot say a word about the past. Tomorrow my challenge begins, for so long until tomorrow I will do the impossible, I will face and introduce myself to each of the players, listen to where the problems are and what we can fix in this short time."

The Partizani-Laçi match, where Gega will also make his debut, will be played this Sunday, starting at 17:00 at the "Arena e Demave" stadium.
