Discipline with an "iron fist"/ Bylis and President Kapllanaj are

The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Association has revealed the decisions regarding the events that occurred in Albanian football.

DECISIONS:

1. KF Teuta, based on article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in the event of repeating training sessions in the premises of the Niko Dovana Stadium, where official matches are held, in violation of article 38/2 of the Activity Regulations, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the Regulations of the Albanian Football Association.

2. KF Egnatia, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.

3. KF Vllaznia, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.

4. KF Bylis, for not respecting the obligations and regulations of the activity, causing delays during the match, based on articles 8/1 and 13/2/a of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.

5. The official of KF Bylis, Besnik Kapllanaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials and violation of the basic rules of good conduct, based on articles 13/2/a and 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities. In accordance with article 6/2/b of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the locker rooms and the interior of the stadium, until the end of the sentence.

6. FK Apolonia Femra, for failing to take the necessary measures for order and security in the match by failing to guarantee the safety of the match officials, based on articles 8, 17/1 and 17/2/a of the KDE, is fined 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lekë. According to article 76/1/d of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 5%.

7. The official of FK Apolonia Femra, Maringlen Kule, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) match suspension from activities.

8. The official of FK Apolonia, Koço Kokëdhima, for attacking match officials, based on Article 14/1/l of the KDE is sentenced to 1 (one) year suspension from activity. In accordance with Article 6/2/b of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the locker rooms and the interior of the stadium, until the end of the sentence.

9. FK Apolonia official Kiri Mundija, for assaulting match officials, is sentenced to 1 (one) year suspension from activity pursuant to Article 14/1/l of the KDE. Pursuant to Article 6/2/b of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the locker rooms and the interior of the stadium until the end of the sentence.

10. KF Bylis U-17 Women, for abandoning the valid match of the Abissnet Superiore Women U-17 championship, against KF Lushnja Women U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/d of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 5%.

11. KF Devolli player, Agudelo Gaviria Juan Diego, for provocation of spectators, based on article 14/1/f, is sentenced to 3 (three) matches suspension from activities.

12. KF Shkumbini U-19, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-19 championship, Tirana Regional Zone, against Kamza Sport U-19, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.

13. KF Turbina U-19, for abandoning the valid match of the First Category U-19 championship, against Flamurtari FC U-19, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.

14. The U-15 Football Academy, based on Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in the event of repeated failure to take organizational measures in violation of the Activity Regulations, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the Regulations of the Albanian Football Association.

15. Acceptance of the request of the official of the Vllaznia FC, Arbër Shytani, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 34/1 of the Criminal Procedure Code, will be 6 (six) months.

16. Rejection of the request of KF Oriku player, Endi Suloj, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.

17. Rejection of the request of KF Turbina player, Alojs Vernozi, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.

18. Rejection of the request of KFF Gramshi as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
