On the eve of the Albania-Serbia match, the protagonist of the historic challenge in Belgrade, Bekim Balaj, shared the emotions and experiences of that unforgettable evening. He emphasized that the next match has a different weight and importance, while calling on the players to be restrained and focused in order to achieve the major objective: qualification for the World Cup.

"It is a match that is engraved and remains in the memory, I can say that even in that match, given the circumstances, the boys did their best and showed that even though we were few in number, we did not lack anything to preserve our symbols. Maybe at this moment we are in a different situation, but it is a major one for us because we can see Serbia as our direct rival for qualification. A dream that we can make a reality and starting from this match in Tirana, I think that the boys should remain calm, be cool-headed and not get too involved in the atmosphere on the steps of the stadium. Because the emotional load is great for such a match, let them do their best and manage to get a victory that would be very valuable to us", says Balaj. 

The famous striker was part of a motivational meeting with young people in Shkodër, as part of the "Ta tham n'Shkodër" edition, where he conveyed an encouraging and inspiring message for the young generation.

"The message, as always, is to follow their dreams. To not set limits on themselves and those dreams will become even bigger," said Bekim Balaj.
