Muçi off the list, the striker is not happy with Silvinho's decision

Ernest Muçi will not be part of the Albanian national team for the last two matches of the World Cup qualifiers. Coach Silvinjo has decided not to include the Trabzonspor midfielder in the list for the two decisive challenges of this month, leaving him out of the red and black team for the second month in a row.

Muçi was part of Silvinho's plans until the end of August, when the Brazilian announced the squad for the friendly against Gibraltar and the qualifier against Latvia. He was among the midfielders called up for those matches, but just a few days later, on September 1, the Albanian Football Federation announced that the player would not be available for these matches.

The reason was related to the latest moves in his career, as on September 6, his transfer from Besiktas to Trabzonspor on loan was made official.

In his presentation to the new club, Muçi stated that he was in good physical condition and ready to give his best in the new season.

However, since then, he has not been involved in any national team training camp, neither in the October matches nor in those this month. This is the first time during Silvinho's management that the 24-year-old midfielder has been out of the national team for such a long time.

With Trabzonspor, Muçi has so far made eight appearances in all competitions, with a total of 333 minutes played. He has started four matches, but has yet to become a key player in the coach's squad. The club, however, continues to express confidence in his abilities, considering him a potential element for the rest of the season.

In Turkey, sports media outlet “61saat” reported that Silvinho’s decision not to include him in the national team list came as a surprise to the player himself. According to the article, Muçi was affected by this exclusion and did not expect such a decision, especially since he was a regular part of previous training camps.
