Elbasan cynical against Egnatia, Partizani takes dramatic victory

Elbasan does not stop. The yellow-blue team recorded its fourth consecutive victory in the Superiore. Gvozdenovic's team triumphed with a minimum score of 1-0 against Egnatia, in the match of the 11th week of the championship, held in Rrogozhina.

The match started at a cautious pace from both teams, with Elbasan seeking control of the game and Egnatia focusing on counterattacks. The first dangerous opportunities came in the first half, but neither side managed to find the net. The decisive moment of the challenge occurred at the beginning of the second half, when in the 49th minute Egnatia was left with one man less, after defender Haime was sent off for a foul.

Elbasan immediately took advantage of the numerical advantage and exerted pressure on the opposing team. In the 67th minute, Tsague scored the only goal of the match, after a well-constructed move from the left wing.

Until the end, coach Gvozdenovicc's team managed the advantage and took three important points, moving up to second place in the standings with 23 points, the same number as Vllaznia at the top. Meanwhile, Egnatia remains in third place with 19 points.

In the next match, Partizan achieved a spectacular upset against Teuta, winning 3-2 at the "Niko Dovana" stadium.

The first half belonged entirely to Teuta, who dominated and scored twice through Macolli and Toli, closing the first half with a two-goal advantage.

However, after the break, the game changed completely. Partizan's coach made changes to the lineup, activating Contreras, who became the absolute protagonist.

The striker equalized with two quick goals in the 58th and 66th minutes, returning the balance to the match. A few minutes earlier, in the 63rd minute, Teuta had the opportunity to score the third, but Gonzalez's penalty shot was blocked by the post.

In the 76th minute, Partizan was left with one less player after Contreras was sent off. However, even with 10 players, the Reds managed to pull off the big upset.

In the 86th minute, it was Toma who scored the third and winning goal, sealing the final score 3-2. This success gives breathing space to Partizan, which now holds eighth place with 12 points, three less than fifth-place Teuta.
