A player who will be remembered for a long time, Dwamena was applauded even by his opponents

Rafael Dwamena has tragically passed away today, as he collapsed during the match between Egnatia and Partizan in the Superior Category. A shocking event for the sports opinion and not only, as he had turned in a short time into an absolute protagonist in the football of our country.

His goals had turned him into a major goal threat, but had also made the Ghanaian striker a household name among opposing fans. The clearest example was in the last edition's Albanian Cup match between Vllaznia and Egnatia in Shkodër, which ended 1-1.

He scored the goal for his team in this challenge, giving the team a temporary advantage. Then, he was replaced in the extra minutes of the challenge and as he left the field, the Shkodra fans applauded him all, appreciating him for what he was giving to our country even though he had punished their team.

A clear picture of the image created by the deceased who tragically lost his life today on the field of play at the age of 28.
