EURO 2024 LIVE SHORT/ Albania finds Levandovski again, learn the Reds and Blacks group

The Albanian national team is ready to meet its rivals in the EURO 2024 qualifiers that will take place in Germany, with the draw being made in Frankfurt.

53 teams will participate in these qualifiers, while Germany, as the organizer of UEFA EURO 2024, automatically qualifies, and therefore does not participate in the draw. Based on previous UEFA decisions, Russia is excluded from the draw and from these qualifiers.

The 53 teams taking part in the qualifying draw on 9 October 2022 have been classified into 6 pots based on the 2022/23 UEFA Nations League overall standings, and will be divided into ten qualifying groups, seven of which have five teams ( from Group A to Group G) and three groups of six teams (from Group H to Group J.

GROUP A – Spain, Scotland, Norway

GROUP B – Netherlands, France, Ireland

GROUP C – Italy, England, Ukraine

GROUP D –  Croatia, Wales, Armenia

GROUP E – Poland, Czech Republic, Albania

GROUP F – Belgium, Austria

GROUP H – Denmark, Finland

GROUP I – Switzerland, Israel

GROUP J – Portugal, Bosnia and Herzegovina

12:15 - Jurgen Klinsman and Karl-Hainz Ridle join the two former Italian footballers completing the four that will roll the balls of the draw today, determining the path of the teams in the qualifiers of this tournament.

12:10 - Demetrio Albertini and Xhanluka Zambrota bring the European trophy that was won by Italy in the summer of 2021 to the hall.

12:00 The ceremony starts at the Festhalle in Frankfurt and everything with a performance by the German singer Lena.
