Juventus apologized for Kalulu, decision made

Juventus have apologized to Pierre Kalulu after his red card against Inter at San Siro.

The black and white club considered the exclusion unfair and initially filed an appeal to have the suspension lifted.

The appeal was rejected by the Court of Appeal for Sport, which confirmed the one-match ban. The management then turned to the president of the Italian Federation, Gabriele Gravina, asking for a special apology for the French defender.

This request was also rejected. As a result, Kalulu will miss the next match against Como at the Allianz Stadium. Coach Luciano Spalletti described the club's request as a fair move.

The case recalls the precedent of 2023 with Romelu Lukaku, when a pardon was granted in a similar situation.
