Hysaj makes history! The player with the most matches in the National Team

Elseid Hysaj has entered history as the player with the most appearances for the Albanian National Team.

The 31-year-old defender has reached a record 94 appearances for the red and black jersey, surpassing any other player in the history of the national team.

This historic moment was marked in the friendly against Jordan, where Hysaj was activated in the 77th minute.

Since his debut in 2013, he has become one of the most consistent figures in the Albanian National Team.

Currently part of Lazio in Serie A, Hysaj has been one of the team's leaders for more than a decade.

He has contributed to the most important achievements of the national team, including participation in Euro 2016 and Euro 2024.
