Fines, suspensions and losses at the table. Discipline reveals the decisions,

The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Association has revealed the decisions regarding the incident that occurred in Albanian football.

Bylis, Laçi, Apolonia and Lushnja have been fined due to fans' misconduct.

The fine imposed on Dinamo coach Ilir Daja for refusing to give an interview after the match with Laçi stands out.

Meanwhile, there is no shortage of punishments at all ages, where there are suspensions and losses on the table.

DECISIONS:

1. FK Bylis, for the misconduct of spectators by throwing objects on the playing field, based on Article 17/2/b of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
2. KF Laçi for the misconduct of spectators by throwing objects on the playing field, based on Article 17/2/b of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
3. FC Dinamo City official, Ilir Daja, for repeatedly refusing to give an interview after the KF Laçi vs. FC Dinamo City match, based on Articles 3/c and 6/1/c of ??the KDE, as well as Article 77 of the Activity Regulation, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë.
Pursuant to Article 6/5 of the KDE, FC Dinamo City is jointly and severally liable for covering the monetary obligations of the club's officials.

4. FK Apolonia, for the misconduct of spectators by throwing objects on the playing field, based on Article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë. According to Article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at a rate of 50%.
5. KF Lushnja, for the misconduct of spectators by throwing objects on the playing field, based on Article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë. According to Article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at a rate of 50%.
6. FC Vlora Femra U-17, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities by causing the abandonment of the valid match of the U-17 Women's Championship, against Lushnja U-17 Women, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/d of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 5%.
7. KF Erzeni U-17, for abandoning the valid match of the First Category U-17 Championship, against Shkëndija Tirana U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to Article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
8. Flamurtari FC U-14, for abandoning the valid match of the First Category U-14 championship, against KF Vora U-14, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined at the rate of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to Article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
9. Loris B U-15, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-15 championship, Regional Zone Gjirokastër, against AS Luftëtari U-15, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined at the rate of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
10. AS L. Millo U-15, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-15 Championship, Gjirokastër Regional Zone, against AF Memaliaj U-15, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
11. AF Brians U-11, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-11 Championship, Lezhë Regional Zone, against KF Laçi U-11, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to Article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
12. SC Porto U-13, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-13 Championship, Lezhë Regional Zone, against Kukësi G U-13, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to Article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
13. AF Brians U-11, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-11 Championship, Lezhë Regional Zone, against Mirdita-IBGR U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
14. FK Kukësi U-17, for failure to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities, allowing unauthorized persons to enter the field of play and compromising the safety of the opposing team's players, resulting in the interruption of the match against Akademia Etien U-17, based on articles 6/3/j, 8, 13/2, 17/2/a, 17/2/h and 77 of the KDE, is punished with the loss of the match on the table with the result 3-0 and a fine of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) lek. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
15. The official of Etien Akademia U-17, Benard Pjetra, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
16. The official of FK Kukësi U-17, Agim Belaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the players and officials of the opposing team by violating the basic rules of good conduct, based on article 13/2/a and 14/1/b of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
17. The player of FK Kukësi U-17, Leonard Ademaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior and attack towards the players of the opposing team, based on articles 14/1/b and 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 1 (one) year suspension from all activities organized by the FSHF.
18. Acceptance of the request of the player of Fushë Kruja U-17, Angelos Berhami, suspension of the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, in application of article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
