The Albanian Football Federation (AFHF) in collaboration with UEFA drafts a strategic plan for the future of Albanian football.

The Football Federation is working on the preparation and finalization of the new Football Strategy 2026–2030. For several months, a working group from the Federation has been engaged in close cooperation with a UEFA team through online meetings, with the aim of building a clear plan for the development of Albanian football in the next four years.

A group of experts from UEFA is currently at the “House of Football”, where they are conducting workshops with leaders and employees of the Albanian Football Association. Today's workshop was also attended by President Armand Duka, who stressed the importance of this process to build a clear, realistic and sustainable strategy.

The discussions focused on analyzing the current situation of Albanian football, defining strategic objectives and identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement in the future. Such workshops will continue next week and beyond, as part of the process for building and finalizing the final strategy.
