The President in the First Category is suspended for one year, the decisions are revealed

The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Federation has revealed the decisions taken regarding the events that occurred in Albanian football.

In the Superiore, Vllaznia, Flamurtari and Elbasani are part of the punishments, while in the First Category, the president of Iliria, Nazmi Selmani, has been suspended for one year.

NOTICE: 

1. The official of AF Elbasani, Klaudio Allkja, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
2. Flamurtari FC, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices as well as for the non-compliance with the organizational measures causing delays during the game, based on articles 17/2/c of ??the KDE and 8/3 of the Activity Regulation, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.
3. KF Vllaznia, is ordered to compensate for the damages caused to the “Flamurtari” Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
4. The official of KF Iliria, Nazmi Selmani, for repeatedly threatening the match officials and for non-compliance with decision no. 14, dated 07.11.2024, based on articles 14/1/h, 14/1/k, 29/1/d and 33 of the KDE, is sentenced to suspension from any activity organized by the FSHF for a period of 1 (one) year.
The unexpired period of the previous sentence of decision no. 14, dated 07.11.2024 is added to the new term of sentence.
In application of article 6/2/c of ??the KDE, official Nazmi Selmani is prohibited from entering all stadiums and any sports activity organized by the FSHF, until the end of the full term of the sentence.
5. KF Teuta B, for abandoning the valid match of the Third Category U-15, against KF Turbina, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to Article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
6. FK Shënkolli, for not respecting the organizational measures causing delays during the game, based on Articles 8/1 of the KDE and 8/4 of the Activity Regulation, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë. According to Article 76/1/c of ??the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 10%.
7. The official of AF Triumph U-19, Julian Prifti, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
8. The player of AF Triumph U-19, Martin Hasani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is sentenced to 2 (two) matches suspension from activities.
9. AF Elbasani U-17, for lack of order and discipline by spectators, based on articles 8/1 and 17/2/h of the KDE, is sentenced to a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
10. The player of Albanet U-16, Luejs Kusi, for attacking players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
11. Albanet U-16 player, Leart Lamnica, for attacking players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
12. The player of KF Vora U-16, Xhei Kurti, for attacking the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
13. The player of TR 19 Akademi U-16, Ajni Dërvishi, for violent behavior towards the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
14. The player of FC Dinamo City U-14, Enea Baba, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is sentenced to 2 (two) matches suspension from activities.
15. The player of KF Vora U-14, Enea Baba, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
16. FC Kinostudio U-13, for non-compliance with organizational measures causing delays before the start of the match, based on articles 8/1 of the KDE and 8/3 of the Activity Regulations, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
17. Acceptance of the request of the official of KF Burreli, Arjan Lleshaj, based on Articles 67 and 74 of the KDE, the review of decision No. 9 dated 28.10.2025 of the KDE, for point 3, by imposing a 2 (two) match suspension from activities, based on Article 14/1/b of the KDE.
18. The player of Legends, FSHF Sunday League, Ledio Hima, for threatening match officials, based on Articles 14/1/k of the KDE, is sentenced to 10 (ten) match suspension from activities.
19. The player of Coca Cola (CCBS), FSHF Sunday League, Olsi Hylli, for violent behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on Article 14/1/h of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
20. AF Lefter Millo U-15, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-15 Championship, Gjirokastër Regional Zone, against AF Shehu U-15, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the board with the score 3-0. According to Article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
21. TR 19 Akademi U-7, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Category U-7 Championship, against Holle U-7, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the board with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
22. AF Triumph U-13, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities by causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Category U-13 Championship, against AF Peza Sport U-13, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
23. Drini Sport U-13 official, Sokol Koldashi, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on articles 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
24. Football Republic D, U-13, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities causing the non-performance of a valid match of the Second Category U-13 Championship, against Football Academy A, U-13, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
25. Football Academy A, U-13, for failure to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities, causing the non-performance of a valid match of the Second Category U-13 Championship, against Football Republic C, U-13, based on articles 6/3/g and 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and three points are deducted from the classification. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
26. Football Republic C, U-13, for failure to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities, causing the non-performance of a valid match of the Second Category U-13 Championship, against Football Academy B, U-13, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
27. Football Academy B, U-13, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities, causing the non-performance of the valid match of the Second Category U-13 Championship, against Football Republic C U-13, based on articles 6/3/g and 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and three points shall be deducted from the classification. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.

28. Football Republic A, U-13, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-13, kunder Pro Talents Tirana U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
29. Football Republic B, U-13, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-13, kunder Pasioni U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
30. Sea Academi U-14, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-14, kunder Etien Academy U-14, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
31. Titans U-14, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-14, kunder Olympic Junior U-14, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
32. Football Republic U-14, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-14, kunder Olympic Junior B, U-14, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
33. KF Burreli U-14, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-14, kunder AF Dajti B, U-14, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
34. Akademia e Futbollit U-14, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-14, kunder Don Bosko Academy U-14, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
35. AP Dinamo Junior U-15, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-15, kunder Kamza Sport U-15, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
36. KF Burreli U-16, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-16, kunder YA Albania U-16, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
37. AP Dinamo Junior U-16, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-16, kunder Don Bosko Academy U-16, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
38. Football Republic U-16, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-16, kunder Holle U-16, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
39. Don Bosko Academy U-13, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-13, kunder AF Kashari U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
40. AF Kashari, U-13, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-13, kunder Don Bosko Academy U-13, në bazë të neneve 6/3/g dhe 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe i zbriten tre pikë nga klasifikimi. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
41. Fushë Kruja U-13, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-13, kunder KSP Junior C U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
42. FC Lura U-9, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-9, kunder Pro Talent B, U-9, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
43. SG Tirana U-13, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-13, kunder Olympic Junior U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
44. Multi 21 Sport Tirana U-13, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-13, kunder AP Dinamo Junior U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
45. Zyrtari i Nacionali U-13, Luan Biba, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
46. KF Vora U-14, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-14, kunder Don Bosko Academy U-14, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
47. Kamza 07, U-14, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-14, kunder Multisport 21, U-14, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
48. Multisport 21, U-14, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-13, kunder Kamza 07, U-14, në bazë të neneve 6/3/g dhe 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe i zbriten tre pikë nga klasifikimi. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
49. National SP U-15, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar mos zhvillimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë U-15, kunder Don Bosko Academy U-15, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
50. Don Bosko Academy U-15, for failure to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities, causing the non-performance of the valid match of the Second Category U-13 Championship, against National SP U-15, based on articles 6/3/g and 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and three points are deducted from the classification. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
51. Korabi U-15, for failure to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities, causing the non-performance of the valid match of the Second Category U-15 Championship, against Pasioni U-15, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to Article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
52. Korabi U-17, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities, causing the non-performance of the valid match of the Second Category U-17 Championship, against FC Dinamo City U-15, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to Article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
53. Kamza Junior B U-13, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities, causing the non-performance of the valid match of the Second Category U-13 Championship, against Viking Tirana A, U-13, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
54. Kamza Junior A, U-13, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities, causing the non-performance of the valid match of the Second Category U-13 Championship, against Viking Tirana B, U-13, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to Article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.

An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
