Then the Faroe Islands was a very difficult transfer, from the travel, synthetic grass pitches and in the standard shots we were struggling.

I am satisfied with the commitment, the courage of the footballers, who fought on the field, because afterwards it is said that we played well and won, but I also see many other details, such as the recovery of the ball, the competitive spirit of the footballers and the heart shown on the field above all at home in a stadium filled with 20 thousand fans. We have to work on video, but they are intelligent, very good footballers to produce on the pitch what we are looking for.

The schedule for September matches? All the games are important, the first game in Poland was important, the two games in June were very important and rightly so. Now our most important match is the one against the Czech Republic and then we have Poland. We have 5 finals to play, we have to play hard in these five games and then see what happens.

After the Faroe Islands, the technical staff returned to Tirana and for 3-4 days we continued working together to prepare some things for the months of August and September. We've had a few meetings with everyone and then we'll have some breaks. I will spend time with family in Portugal.
