FIFA zyrtarizon vendimin për Botërorin e ri të Klubeve me 32 ekipe. Ja kur zhvillohet dhe si ndahen skuadrat

Xhani Infantino nuk heq dorë nga plani i tij për të zhvilluar një Botëror Klubesh me më shumë skuadra. Një turne i cili do t’i ngjajë shumë Botërorit të kombëtareve dhe do të zhvillohet në verë.

Ndonëse plani është hedhur poshtë nga klubet të cilat synojnë që t’i japin pushim lojtarëve të tyre, Infantino insiston në këtë plan dhe sot në Këshillin e FIFA-s ka miratuar projektin që pritet të zhvillohet për herë të parë në qershor-korrik 2025.

Pas mbledhjes së sotme, u vendos që ndarja e klubeve pjesëmarrëse në këtë turne me 32 skuadër të jetë si më poshtë:

AFC (Azia) 4 klube
CAF (Afrika) 4 klube
Concacaf (Amerika Veriore, Qendrore dhe Karaibet) 4 klube
CONMEBOL (Amerika e Jugut) 6 klube
OFC (Oqeania) 1 klub
UEFA (Europa) 12 klube
Vendi organizator 1 klub

Gjithashtu u miratua edhe Arabi Saudite si vendi pritës i Botërorit të Klubeve në vitin 2023 me formatin ekzistues, me turneun që do të luhet në datat 12-23 dhjetor.
