Discipline reveals decisions, three clubs in the Superiore suffer badly

The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Federation revealed the decisions taken regarding the incident that occurred in Albanian football.

Vllaznia, Tirana and Bylis have been fined for fans' misconduct. There is no shortage of penalties in other football categories either.

DECISIONS:

KF Vllaznia, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.

KF Tirana, for improper behavior of spectators, using flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.

KF Bylis, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field as well as using flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.

FK Kukësi official, Bledar Malaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.

KF Lushnja official, Marjus Sula, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.

KF Naftetari, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.

KF Naftëtari official, Sajmir Gega, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) match suspension from activities.

KF Shiroka player Henri Çela, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.

KF Osumi official, Julian Karthica, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.

AF Triumph U-19 player, Fabjan Metalija, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.

KF Laçi U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the First Category U-16, against KF Turbina U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.

AS Luftëtari U-15, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-15, Gjirokastër Regional Zone, against AF Memaliaj U-15, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.

The player of the U-17 Sea Boys, Jurgen Lila, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 8 (eight) matches of suspension from activities.

Shkëndija Durrës U-17 player, Eldion Beqiraj, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 8 (eight) matches of suspension from activities.

The player of the 2017 Eagles, U-13, Maringlen Dulla, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.

KF Vora U-15 player, Erman Gjoka, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the opposing team's players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.

Studenti U-15 player, Martin Laja, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.

Labëria FC U-14 player, Noel Demo, for violent behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is sentenced to 3 (three) matches suspension from activities.

The player of the U-14 Football Academy, Eljon Xhebexhia, for violent behavior towards the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 3 (three) match suspension from activities.

Acceptance of the request of the player Albi Balliu, based on Articles 67 and 74 of the KDE, review of decision No. 25 dated 06.02.2025 of the KDE, for point 23, imposing a 2 (two) match suspension from activity on the player, based on Article 14/1/b of the KDE.

Acceptance of the request of the official of FK Apolonia, Maringlen Kule, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.

The rejection of the request of ÇBS player, Ermal Bala, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
