Discipline reveals the decisions/ Skënderbeu is punished, the president of

The Disciplinary Commission revealed the decisions taken regarding the events that took place in Albanian football.

Skënderbeu was fined for wrong behavior of the fans towards Laçi, while the official of Kurbina, Mario Bytyçi, was suspended for four matches for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials.

In the First Category, the president of Bylis, Besnik Kapllanaj, suffered badly, being suspended for 8 matches.

DECISIONS:

The official of KF Laçi, Mario Bytyçi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.

KF Skënderbeu, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.
FK Bylis, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, by throwing objects on the field of play and endangering the safety of the match officials, based on articles 17/2/a and 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 ( two hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.
The official of FK Bylis, Besnik Kapllanaj, for insulting and unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on articles 13 and 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) matches suspension from activities. In application of Article 34/1 and 34/3 of the KDE, a partial suspension of the execution of the sentence is imposed after half of it has been paid. The period of conditional suspension will be 6 (six) months.
The player of FK Apolonia, Aldo Bushi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with 3 (three) matches suspension from the activity.
KF Lushnja, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, by throwing objects on the field of play and endangering the safety of the match officials, based on articles 17/2/a and 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 ( two hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.
The official of KF Lushnja, Mario Sula, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
KS Devolli player, Renteria Jimenez Duvan Alexander, for violent behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
Albanët's player, Dajen Rexhmati, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
The player of KF Egnatia U-21, Ilir Kala, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
The player of KF Egnatia U-21, Ilir Hida, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
The player of Athletic Club U-15, Angjelo Lumci, for physical attack on the match official, based on Article 14/1/l of KDE, is punished with 15 (fifteen) matches suspension from the activity.
The official of Atletik Klub U-15, Elis Ligataj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
The official of the Athletic Club U-15, Saimir Kaloshi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
Etien Academy U-15 player, Arbër Kazazi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on Article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.
Etien Academy U-15 player, Rei Hyka, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on Article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.
Etien Academy U-15 player, Fjord Hoxha, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on Article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.
The Don Bosco Academy U-15 player, Elsino Doci, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on Article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.

According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
FC Internacional Tirana U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the Abissnet Superiore U-16 Championship, against Shënkolli U-16, based on article 16/1 of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
AF Shqiponjat U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the Championship First Category U-16, against Flamurtari FC U-16, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
FK Kukësi U-19, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, International U-19, against Naftëtari U-19, based on article 16/1 of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
Don Bosko Academy U-15, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-15 Group D, Tirana Regional Zone, against Iliria U-15, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 ( one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
FC Albanët U-19, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-19, Regional Zone Tirana, against Arena U-19, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match at the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
Kastrioti U-15, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-15, Tirana Regional Zone Group D, against TR 19 Akademi U-15, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 ( one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
Athletic Tirana Female U-13, for abandoning the valid match of the U-13 Female Championship, Tirana Regional Zone, against Albanian Female U-13, based on article 16/1 of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand ) lek and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
FK Apolonia U-17, for abandoning the valid match of Abissnet Superiore U-17, against Akademia e Futbollit U-17, based on article 16/1 of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
Dismissal of the request of FK Apolonia U-17, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
Acceptance of the request of the official of FC Besa, Dorian Bubeqi, suspension of the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 34/1 of the Civil Code, will be 6 (six) months.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
