Pursuant to article 6/2/c of ??the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums, sports activities organized by the AFL, until the end of the sentence.
KF Vllaznia, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, lighting flares and throwing objects on the field of play, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL .
FK Partizani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, lighting flares, based on Article 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
KF Tirana is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the "Air Albania" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
FK Bylis, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, lighting pyrotechnic devices and throwing objects on the field of play, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Lek.
KF Vora, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, throwing objects towards the players on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.

KF Luzi Vogël 2008, for misbehavior of spectators, throwing objects on the sports field and causing violence to match officials, based on articles 6/3/b, 6/3/d 17/1/c, 17/ 2/b, 17/2/f, 17/2/h and 35 of KDE, is punished with the development of 4 (four) matches without spectators and on a neutral field.
