Discipline punishes Refik Halili after the derby, the stadium of the Superior

The Disciplinary Commission has revealed the decisions regarding the events that took place in Albanian football.

DECISIONS:

1. KF Vllaznia, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing objects on the field of play and lighting pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.

2. The official of KF Vllaznia, Altin Nikshiqi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.

3. KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by lighting pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.

4. KF Bylis, for wrong behavior of the spectators, using offensive chants, throwing objects on the playing field and not guaranteeing the safety of the match officials, based on articles 6/3/b, 8/1, 17/ 2/b, 17/2/c, 17/2/e and 17/2/h of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL and the development of 2 (two) matches without spectators.

Pursuant to Article 58 of the Activity Regulations, KF Bylis is ordered to send for approval the list of officials who will stand in the stands, to the match delegate, at least 48 hours before the start of each match until the end of the penalty.

5. The official of KF Bylis, Arbër Sino, for attacking the match officials, based on article 14/1/l of the KDE, is punished with 15 (fifteen) matches suspension from activities. Pursuant to article 6/2/c of ??the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums, sports activities organized by the AFL, until the end of the sentence.

6. The official of KF Vora, Bazjon Tragaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, violating the basic rules of good behavior, based on articles 13/2/a and 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 5 (five ) match suspension from activities.

7. The official of FK Pogradeci, Nesti Binishi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.

8. KF Erzeni, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.

9. The official of KF Erzeni, Durim Keçi, for attacking the match officials, based on article 14/1/l of the KDE, is punished with 15 (fifteen) matches suspension from activities. Pursuant to article 6/2/c of ??the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums, sports activities organized by the AFL, until the end of the sentence.

10. FK Apolonia, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve duke hedhur sende në fushën e lojës, në bazë të nenit 17/2/b të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/a të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 50%.

11. Zyrtari i Adriatiku 2012, Ded Mehmeti, për protestë ndaj vendimeve të zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/c të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

12. Lojtari i Adriatiku 2012, Esat Loci, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë. Në aplikim të nenit 34/1 dhe 34/3 të KDE, vendoset pezullimi i pjesshëm i zbatimit të dënimit pas shlyerjes së gjysmës së tij. Periudha e pezullimit me kusht do të jetë 6 (gjashtë) muaj.

13. Basania FC, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve duke hedhur sende në fushën e lojës dhe duke mos garantuar sigurinë e zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të neneve 17/1/c dhe 17/2/b të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 200.000 (dyqind mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/b të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 20%.

14. KF Maliqi, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve, duke përdorur kore fyese dhe duke hedhur sende në fushën e lojës, në bazë të neneve 17/2/b, 17/2/e dhe 17/2/h të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 200.000 (dyqind mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/b të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 20%.

15. Lojtari i KF Maliqi, Lion Ndoci, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

16. Lojtari i AF Luftëtari, Benito Çulli, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

17. Lojtari i KF Vllaznia U-19, Hazret Shimaj, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

18. KF Tirana U-19, për dështim në përmbushjen e detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive për garantimin e sigurisë së lojtarëve, zyrtarëve dhe mbarëvajtjes të ndeshjes kundër FK Partizani U-19, në bazë të neneve 13/2, 17/1 dhe 17/2/h të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 200.000 (dyqind mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/c të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

19. Zyrtari i KF Tirana U-19, Blendi Vashaku, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

20. Lojtari i KF Tirana U-19, Artilio Shehi, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

21. Zyrtari i KF Tirana U-19, Refik Halili, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

22. The official of KF Tirana U-19, Grent Halili, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.

23. The player of FK Partizani U-19, Leon Misja, for violent behavior towards the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.

24. The player of FK Partizani U-19, Joseph Ndongo Mintongo, for violent behavior towards the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.

25. Shkëndija Tirana U-19, for the activation of a player who did not have the right to play in the valid match of the First Category U-19, against KF Pogradeci U-19, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4 /a of KDE, loses the table match with the result 3-0.

26. The official of Shkëndija Tirana U-19, Luan Pinari, for activating a player who did not have the right to play, based on article 19/4/b of the KDE, is punished with 6 (six) months of suspension from the activity.

27. Flag member FC U-15, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of the First Category U-15, against FK Tomorri U-15, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

28. Opening of the disciplinary investigation for the possible activation by KF Shënkolli U-16 of players who do not have the right to play, based on the complaint of KF Vlaznia U-16.

An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
