Phrases to avoid with children

Specialists have found that the right words or expressions are not the first that come to mind when a fussy or quarrelsome child needs to be calmed down.

They have grouped a series of expressions that should be avoided and not used even though they are the first that come to mind. The following expressions are some which should be avoided.

1. Stop throwing things on the floor.

2. Grown children do not behave like this.

3. Don't you dare shoot.

4. You are behaving very badly.

5. Now I will condemn.

6. Go brush your teeth quickly.

7. Eat or you will go to sleep without eating.

8. Enough, karaman child.

9. Shut up, I can't hear you.

10. How many times do I have to repeat it?

11. You are embarrassing me in the eyes of others.

12. Get out of here.

13. I will take you to the bathroom.

14. Enough yelling.

15. I told you, but you don't listen.

16. I'm losing my temper.

These expressions are organized into imperative sentences. The imperative sentence creates a state of alarm in the person and not calm as in the case of the demonstrative sentence. It also shows that the adult has lost patience, is too lazy to calm himself down and help the child overcome this situation. The adult "falls short", commands and threatens.
