For the week ahead, our country will be affected by relatively unstable weather conditions, although there will be no shortage of sunny hours or days.

In this way, for Monday and Tuesday, the weather is predicted to be clear as well as alternating clouds, which will be accompanied by isolated and weak rains mainly in the high mountain reliefs.

For Wednesday and Thursday, the weather is predicted to be mostly cloudy, although as mentioned above, there will be sunny hours (clearing). Moderate to heavy rain is expected across the western lowlands from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning. Locally, these precipitations will be torrential in the form of storms accompanied by electrical discharges and hail. In other parts of the country, rainfall will be of low and moderate intensity.

The week closes with Friday, while the weather is initially predicted to alternate between clear and cloudy. Then cloudy weather with occasional rain. Rainfall in the northern and central areas will be of occasional to high intensity in the form of thunderstorms or downpours.

It is also worth noting that a significant temperature fluctuation is expected, sometimes in the minimum values ??and sometimes in the midday values ??(as a result of the drastic change in air masses, but also the element of wind). Referring to the wind element, it is again expected to be intense and relatively problematic from Wednesday to Friday afternoon. For these days, the wind is expected to blow from the south quadrant and an average speed of 3-12 m/s, while along the coastline and the valley the wind gains speed up to 18-23 m/s, causing the waves in the seas to be high.
