Weather forecast/ Intense rainfall continues in the country

Today our country will continue to be affected by unstable weather conditions.

According to the Military Meteorological Service, the weather is expected to be cloudy. Rainfall is expected to be present in the first 24 hours in most of the country, with low to medium intensity, while in the regions of Lezhë, Durrës, Vlorë, Gjirokastër, rainfall with high to moderate intensity is expected.

There will be occasional rain in the form of thunderstorms accompanied by electrical discharges.

After noon until the evening hours, rainfall is expected to be of low to moderate intensity in most parts of the country, occasionally accompanied by short-term storms. In the northeast, at altitudes above 1500 meters, low-intensity snowfall is expected.

The wind is forecast to be mainly from the south, with an average speed of up to 7 m/sec, which occasionally reaches speeds of up to 18 m/sec along the coastline and during periods of cloudiness.

The waves at sea will be high, force 4-5.
