Bad weather with heavy rain/ How is the situation in the Shkodra region?

Bad weather with heavy rainfall has affected almost the entire territory of Albania. Additional information has arrived regarding the situation in the Shkodra region.

In the village of Gimaj, Shala Administrative Unit, work to unblock the Theth - Breg Lumi road has been stopped due to darkness and the Armed Forces have withdrawn. Work to rehabilitate this road will resume tomorrow.

In Malësia e Madhe, there are reports of a damaged electricity pole, its base has eroded as a result of rainfall. In the meantime, OSHEE teams are working to repair the pole.

 Meanwhile, OSHEE Shkodër has reported a lack of electricity in the Koplik, Bajzë, Vukpalaj and 35 kV substations. Civil Protection structures in all municipalities of the region have not reported any other problems./ CNA
