Even if you do not consume alcohol, your liver can be badly damaged!!!

White bread, pies, pizzas, pasta, pilaf, sweets and all industrial foods and drinks can seriously damage your liver.

- Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is the most common form of chronic liver disease, typically asymptomatic, which does not appear until it progresses to serious, sometimes fatal, damage.

- Most cases are diagnosed only after you have performed a routine blood test for other health complaints.

- Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is also closely related to metabolic syndrome, which includes high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and weight gain.

- Non-alcoholic steatosis of the liver is a precursor to myocardial infarction, diabetes mellitus, stroke and memory impairment.

Damage from nonalcoholic steatosis can cause fibrosis in the liver, which can then lead to cirrhosis and ultimately death.

The signs of non-alcoholic steatosis of the liver are:

- Chronic fatigue.

- Abdominal disturbances, nausea.

- Yellowing of the skin and eyes (jaundice)

- Loss of appetite and weight loss.

- Swelling of the legs.

- General weakness.

- Mental confusion or problems concentrating.

To have a healthy liver and a long life without suffering I recommend you:

- Live an active life every day, walking in nature gives you many more benefits than expensive gyms with closed and possibly contaminated air.

- Avoid alcohol and unnecessary drugs

- Natural food, avoid industrial foods and drinks.

Use as much cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, lemons, etc

Drink more than two liters of water per day in winter and more than 3 liters per day in summer.

To support metabolism and liver function, use the good fats found in small fish; sardines, sardines, consume olives and olive oil; avocado; nuts and seeds; grass-fed animal protein.

Food supplements can also treat a fatty liver, such as curcumin, vitamin E, fatty acids, etc.

Oxygen therapy is an efficient method that is successfully used in advanced stages of hepatic steatosis. This has a direct effect by controlling hepatic oxidases, inducing apoptosis of hepatic cells that have gone out of function, reducing toxicity and increasing biological parameters.
