With your habits you can reduce the risk of serious diseases, so you can have more physical, mental and sexual energy.

Avoid red meat, processed meat, sweets, pastries, industrial drinks, etc. thus you reduce your chances of colon cancer by 30 to 50%.
If you start physical exercises over 30 minutes every day, you can reduce the risk of sclerosis, dementia, alzheimer up to 50%.
You will also reduce your risk of heart disease, blood pressure, and blood sugar without medication.
