As we face increased cases of flu and seasonal viruses, the head of the National Emergency, Skënder Brataj, calls it a normal situation, which many other countries are facing.

Invited to the show Noë with Erla Mëhilli, Brataj says that the last thing children should do is serum or antibiotics.
