A year ago, another restaurant was added to the city of Korça, which meets the demands of the customers and visitors who choose the southeast. We started the conversation with Olger, who, after returning from emigration, decided to invest in his city, after 20 years of living in the Greek state. He tells City News Albania how two friends came up with the idea to create the oxygen that the city lacked to some extent, and brought the O2 Boutique restaurant to customers.

"The idea that was created was first of all my dream. It's been 12 years since I returned from Greece, after being an immigrant there for 20 years. My close friend, Olsi Bylyku, came to Korça every weekend and we went out to the restaurants of the city and every time it came, the more he liked the idea of ??us both doing a business together. O2 Boutique is the union of our two names, Olger and Olsi, and we created the oxygen that is in this area. The part of O2 is something special for the city of Korça because whenever we had dinner, Olsi chose the tradition of Korça while I chose something modern, and if we didn't combine these two, we wouldn't be able to make O2 happen. And that's really what happened," Olgeri said .

Even the artist, Olsi Bylyku, very enthusiastically told about the great desire he had for Korça and due to his frequent visits to this city, he came up with the idea of ??a business collaboration.

"To tell the truth, I am not very responsible for this beautiful environment that has been created, as Olgeri has taken care of it. As a public figure in the field of business, we should leave the professionals in this field and we should not appear in the activity part. I started from the desire to do it with Olger." , said Bylyku.

The traditional cuisine of Korça is what attracts tourists to our beautiful city, but its combination with European and modern cuisine makes this restaurant even more popular. The debate between Olgeri and Olsi was precisely about the dishes that the restaurant would offer, considering that Olsi prefers traditional dishes, while Olgeri thought that the kitchen with classic dishes was necessary.

"We have cuisine combined between traditional and modern. The customers who eat at our restaurant are very satisfied for this reason. From the foreign meats, there are all certified American types, such as tomaok, tibon, ribai, etc. As well as traditional artisanal pastries that we prepare them ourselves, the combination of halloumi cheese with three types of milk, then we go to the traditional one with the fried pancakes that Olsi is very persistent, and always wants to try those and then other things. kosit, i.e. everything that includes the Korça tradition in its kitchen," said Olgerti.

"Thank God, even though it's cold now in winter, people come for that warm environment, with a glass of wine, some pancakes and everything is perfect. I wanted the traditional, I like pancakes, if it was for coherent meals I lived in Tirana, but the interweaving of traditional and modern was the key to the success of O2. There were many people looking for pastries, meat, and traditional. This year we realized that they wanted O2 as a venue because they called us 3 months ago. We artists we get emotions from the stage and the applause, but in fact the emotion of a business is more exciting", said Olsi Bylyku.

A good part of the visitors are from Tirana, who have not betrayed us for a single moment and I thank them too much because we have them here every weekend. The rest is occupied by German, Italian, Greek tourists. I have a big book of impressions and you can find them in foreign languages, the impressions have been very good and this gives us constant requests that we have towards the restaurant. Let's go even further, according to their request, as we see that even with live music and serenades, they want to continue their night. For this reason, we created the second floor of the bar with different music from the serenade, to please our customers.
