Analyst Andi Bushati, while speaking about the situation in the Democratic Party, said that the seal group cannot have commissioners if it cannot produce even 13 candidates for mayor.

The analyst added that if the commissioners cannot be appointed by the seal group, then they are appointed by the majority.

A party that cannot make 13 candidates, I do not believe that it can make 5200 commissioners.
