Prime Minister Edi Rama has once again "shot" the owner of several media outlets, Irfan Hysenbelli, after the latter has thrown a series of accusations against him and the government for the IKMT's interventions in "Prestige Resort" for constructions without permission.

Rama said that no media owner will ever be calm and avoid facing the law if he commits tax evasion, money laundering, builds without permission and enslaves employees.

"I and the government that I lead have never, in any case and for any reason, interfered in any millimeter of editorial freedom or journalistic freedom, either of media institutions, or even of journalists. But on the other hand, no media owner, who remembers that behind the screen and behind the fig leaf of freedom, he can do tax evasion, he can do construction without permission, he can do money laundering, he can do enslavement of employees without paying social security he will be able to escape the confrontation with the law and he will never be at peace with the state", declared the head of the government in a connection with the former Duma deputy./ CNA.al
