Kolegji Zgjedhor rrëzon ankimimin/ Regjistron në zgjedhje PD-në e vulës

Kolegji Zgjedhor ka hedhur poshtë ankimimin e bërë nga Berisha, ku kërkohej pezullimi i regjistrimit të PD-së vulës me drejtues Enkelejd Alibeajn, si subjekt pjesëmarrës në zgjedhjet lokale të 14 majit.

Kolegji Zgjedhor kështu i ka qëndruar vendimit të KAS, duke e lënë atë sërish në fuqi.

“Në bazë të nenit 158/3 të Kodit Zgjedhor, me shumicë votash vendosi rrëzimin e kërkesë padisë, shpenzimet gjyqësore siç janëbërë. Ky vendim është i formës së prerë dhe ndaj tij nuk lejohet ankim. Vendimi u shpall sot më 27.03.203”, bëri të ditur Kolegji.

Kryedemokrati kërkoi regjistrimin e PD-së të përfaqësuar nga ai, si subjekt zgjedhor në zgjedhjet e 14 majit dhe rregullimin e pasojave, duke detyruar Komisionerin Shtetëror të Zgjedhjeve të përfshijë PD-në e drejtuar nga Berisha në Koalicionin 'Bashkë Fitojmë', i cili është i regjistruar në KQZ.

Kujtojmë se Alibeaj ka afat deri në mesnatë për të dorëzuar në KQZ listën e tij me kandidatët e 61 bashkive dhe për Këshillat Bashkiakë./CNA.al
