May 11th Elections/ Dumani and Celibashi sign the Protocol of Coordination and

SPAK Head Altin Dumani, Prosecutor General Olsian Çela, and CEC Head Ilirjan Celibashi signed the Protocol of Coordination and Cooperation between the CECs for the May 11 elections.

"Today, at the premises of the CEC Albania, together with the Prosecutor General, Mr. Olsian Çela and the Director of SPAK, Mr. Altin Dumani, we signed the Protocol of Coordination and Cooperation between the CEC, the General Prosecutor's Office and SPAK.

This protocol aims to guarantee the integrity of the 2025 parliamentary elections, through the coordination of actions to prevent, identify and prosecute any criminal offense that undermines the elections.

Cooperation between institutions will enable rapid exchange of information and effective follow-up of any case that jeopardizes the electoral process.

"With this protocol, we strengthen transparency, increase public trust and ensure that the elections are free, fair and in line with democratic and EU standards," SPAK said in a statement./ CNA
