The scandal at UBT 'comes down to the Parliament'/ Bardhi: It is a serious affair

The scandal with the Agricultural University of Tirana and its rector Fatbardh Sallaku has also become part of numerous discussions in the Parliament.

The head of the Democratic Party parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, described it today during the plenary session as a serious affair.

Bardhi said that what happens at UBT is typically a total disregard for the law.

Bardhi also made accusations about the hearing held with the rector yesterday.

"He has a serious matter on his hands.

At a time when the rector has not sought to clarify the academic body that is tasked with clarifying, which is the academic senate.

But in the meantime, he wants to be recognized in the parliamentary group of the Socialist Party.

"A political party in complete violation of the Constitution and the law, which creates in us the complete conviction that what is happening in UBT is typically a total disregard for the law," said Bardhi./CNA
