Murder of Liridona Ademaj / Psychiatrist testifies: Naim Murseli has no mental

Testimony continues in the hearing for the case of Liridona Ademaj, one of the murders that shocked Kosovo.

The former director of the Forensic Psychiatry Clinic, Shpend Haxhibeqiri, began his testimony today.

The psychiatrist stated that based on psychological examinations, Liridona's ex-husband and the suspected perpetrator did not exhibit any such problems.

"Of course, the psychiatric examination is carried out with conversations, observation of behavior, speech, etc. and these are taken as a basis. In point 3, we explained that this is based on his behavior before, during and after the act. Mursel's attitude was coherent in relation to the state and situation in which he was. A coherent state means taking into account all issues. Mursel remained without any problems during the examination, although at times due to the event there were interruptions and concerns," said Haxhibeqiri.

The murder occurred on November 29, 2023. Liridona Ademaj-Murseli was killed in a car on "Dalip Alshiqi" Street, while she was going home with her husband and children. /CNA
