Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke about the murder of the 14-year-old student in Tirana, during a meeting with parents and teachers.

Rama said that there was a big farce about this murder, which killed the minor again.

He stated that this tragedy set in motion the entire society and the school and parent communities.

"A tragedy was caused to set in motion an entire society and a set of school and parental communities, and on the other hand to set in motion the same internal destructive power of society itself represented in the Parliament of Albania and the media. As always in the approach to an event there is a farce and an acceptance of responsibility. As always here in our country, even in this case, the farce was not lacking with all that destructive force that in fact re-kills the killed, re-wounds the wounded, and does not allow reflection and learning to take place in a comprehensive manner.

I say this because it is important to understand well that the institutions, the government, the state are structures in development and improvement and in constant self-correction. There is never a time in any country, at any stage of development, a state, or a government that does not have someone to correct and improve, just as there is no way to have in such cases a single responsibility, but a set of responsibilities and What came out best in this process, where I had the opportunity to participate, is that in experiencing, understanding and reflecting on an event, there are two Albanias.
