This Saturday, the second day of training for the Youth Forum of the Democratic Party of Albania is taking place, with election campaign experts from the USA and Great Britain.

In the training, the chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, also gave a speech, who gave a message to the young democrats.

Berisha said that a leader should not be afraid, as he described fear as the greatest conqueror.

The former prime minister stated that a leader can realize his vision only by creating a team

"Since today the issue is about leadership, I will express some of my thoughts to you. A leader should not be afraid. There is no conqueror worse for man than fear. You should never forget this.

Therefore, Pope John Paul II's call to the people in the last years of communist dictatorships in Europe, 'don't be afraid', was for all citizens, but a leader should never give in to fear. It should show strength and determination, in no way arrogance.

Collaboration is the only way for you to realize your visions and projects. In this cooperation there is a secret, the team. Team work.

A leader today can realize his vision only by creating a team. When we go to the team, never underestimate, never deal with the weaknesses of its members. Deal only with the talents, gifts, and abilities of its members.

If you ignore the first and take the second, you manage to multiply the performance and achieve, I guarantee you, extraordinary things.

Those that seem impossible, those that seem utopian, if you work with a team, in which you are based on the best qualities of everyone, they together do miracles. Together they do much more than one might think.

Therefore, it is necessary for a leader to have a team, and to work with the team in this way", underlined Berisha./ CNA
