Former deputy of the Democratic Party, Rudina Hajdari, during a media statement, spoke about the issue of the stamp of the Democratic Party.

During her speech, Hajdari stressed that party elections should be done by DP members, the people, and not by the Court of Appeal.

"What is happening is unprecedented. I remind the court, society that this is a problem that belongs to all of us. The court cannot deny the right. PD cannot be treated as private property, it cannot be decided by a judicial body whether it belongs to Mr. Berisha or not. I encourage the court to see this decision. I'm saying it and as a mother, I'm worried. I am here to remind the court that the whole process is a sham. PD cannot be treated as private property. I would encourage the court not to forget justice, and to let the majority prevail. Majority is the will through vote.
