The head of the Parliamentary group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, during a media appearance, expressed his conviction that he will win the trial against the head of the DP, Sali Berisha, whom he sued in the GJKKO for defamation after the latter's accusations in the parliament about the murder of Ravik Gurra. 

Balla has warned that Berisha will have to prepare to be a permanent client at GJKKO for files like "January 21", "Gërdeci" and the privatization of the Partizani complex.

"It is a criminal offense that must be punished. Even in Basha, I managed to win the defamation trial, I will win with Berisha as well. My call for GJKKO is that Berisha should be taught to come for the issues that we called him but also for the issue that the Albanians called him, among them January 21, Gërdeci, the privatization of OSSH, the privatization of the Partizani complex. Berisha should be ready to be a permanent customer. I filed a lawsuit for some unsolved accusations in the Parliament of Albania", said Balla. /CNA.al
