Maladministration appears everywhere in Elbasan/Boçi: the Papër area has been left in oblivion

The DP candidate for the Municipality of Elbasan, Luciano Boçi, through a post, states that misgovernance appears everywhere in Elbasan.

Boçi writes that the residents of Papër live among worn-out roads and spaces filled with garbage.

"This is how the days start in Papir! Maladministration appears everywhere in Elbasan, not only in the city but also in the administrative units. The residents of Papër are only 15 km away from Elbasan, but they live as if they have not been governed for a single day in these 2 decades.

Totally damp roads, spaces filled with garbage and the area leave it all in oblivion and without perspective. In Papër, I know noble and hardworking people who are ready to make the change!", writes Boçi./ CNA.al
