The current head of the municipality, Erion Veliaj, has held a meeting with the residents of unit 13 in Tirana.

Veliaj indicated that two schools will be built in this area, a 9-year-old and a gymnasium.

Ndresa added that just like the Zoo, there will be a parking lot in the underground of the Botanical Garden and there will be flowers above.

" Today, it is the area that has increased the property value the most.

We will have money for good works. We have done some things well as the Zoo.

As we did the zoo, we will also do the botanical garden.

If we are allowed to work there, we will make it a parking lot underground and flowers above, so we have both flora and fauna in the unit.

The first one is in the pocket of the botanical garden, there will be a 9-year school on a piece of municipal land, while a high school will be built near the Olympic Park", said Veliaj./ CNA.al
